Multi-channel marketing brings it home for Cannon Kirk

The 2018 campaign for Cannon Kirk took full advantage of Reach’s full-service offer. Social media, press advertising, and direct mail were used to promote the housebuilder’s three active schemes: Highfields, Willow Green and Romans Walk.

The campaign drove up house sales – its main purpose – but it also drove much more traffic to their website. This increased activity gave Cannon Kirk a better understanding of how their customers wanted to interact with them online. To build the site they now realised their customers wanted, they turned to Reach again.

As well as a design refresh, the new fully responsive site has dramatically improved ease of use. Now house buyers can instantly access information about house types, location, and price. Interactive masterplans make navigating each scheme easy and a comprehensive set of downloads is available.

A final refinement to the marketing activity for Cannon Kirk’s 2018 campaign was the development of a sub-brand for Highfields Prior. This addition to the existing Highfields development offers a range of high end three, four and five-bedroom homes. The new brand successfully reflects the luxury, craftsmanship and spaciousness that sets them apart, whilst remaining recognisably part of the Cannon Kirk stable. The first reservations for Highfields Prior were taken within a month of the marketing launch.
