You'll be educated to degree level preferably in a marketing or design management discipline and be the kind of person who is comfortable initiating action, acting assertively, taking responsibility, and making decisions related to delivery of projects and proposals. You will have autonomy but be able to work in a team centred environment, managing throughput of your own work through the creative and production departments.

Working with an Account Director, but responsible for the day to day management of a group of accounts, you will be the first point of contact between client and agency to develop briefs manage and oversee projects, including budgets and schedules, and deliver the highest standards in terms of accuracy and quality. We have a diverse range of clients operating in the commercial property sector, the arts and have a growing consumer portfolio.

WEB DESIGNER

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience and strong creative skills with an understanding of technical building of sites and graphics. You should have a clear understanding of W3C WAI guidelines. Experience of search engine optimisation, pay per click and online advertising is also desirable. The role will involve building and maintaining sites, creating flash animations, interactive campaigns and emailers, designing and building banners.

You will need strong skills in XHTML, CSS, Photoshop (CS2/3), Flash (CS2/3), Dreamweaver (CS2/3) and a working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, MySQL. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro Studio, DVD Studio Pro or Director, iwork Keynote would be an advantage.

COPYWRITER

Experienced B2B copywriter with the ability to understand a range of industry sectors including commercial property, industry, the environment and sustainability, health, local government and the arts, culture and sport.

Responsibilities in addition to writing will include research and proof reading.

Will need to be organised and work within the agencies management systems.

Will be expected to work across a wide range of media including brochures, ads and multimedia.

We are a full service agency operating in design for print and new media. We are based in Leicester City Centre in a characterful Victorian church hall, close to the railway station and other public transport links. There is limited car parking which we are moving toward being reserved for staff who use their cars for work.

We have an ambitious 5 year plan for growth and have a reputation for meeting our targets.
