In 2013 we won a competitive pitch to undertake a brand development exercise for Harworth, one of the largest property and regeneration companies in the North of England and the Midlands. Harworth owns and manages 27,000 acres across 200 sites.
Formally part of British Coal, Harworth’s existing identity was inappropriate for a development company. In particular, there was no scope for dedicated scheme branding within a coherent overall visual identity.
As the company has such an extensive development pipeline, usually marketing several industrial, residential and mixed-use schemes simultaneously, this was an issue that needed urgently to be addressed.
The essence of our task was to create comprehensive guidelines and templates to allow the rapid production of on-brand, high quality scheme collateral to very tight deadlines. Our success has enabled them to accelerate the marketing of their schemes whilst at the same time establishing a very strong brand presence in all their key markets.
