ProLogis - Development Marketing
ProLogis is one of the world's largest developers of distribution parks. We have been working with them since 2003 on a wide range of marketing material including brochures, advertising, email campaigns, websites and launch events. We have also provided support material for a number of planning applications. To the end user a warehouse is far more than a storage facility. Issues such as access to motorway networks, drivetimes to ports and major population centres plus cost and availability of a suitable local workforce all have a bearing on the leasing decision.
Research is an important part of the process before we start on the marketing material. Ideally we try and lease the development before it's built. If however this hasn't happened we create and manage events to draw the attention of agents, the press and potential customers to the property. Events have included a circus, go-karting and a Football World Cup competition at which the winners went to the final.
The marketing material produced by us for ProLogis has won several awards for being both innovative and effective.
