Miller Birch - NG2
We have been working with Miller Birch since 2002 and have been the sole agency responsible for marketing ng2, their flagship office development in Nottingham and one of the most successful schemes in the city.To maintain interest in a property development that matures over several years, the brand must evolve whilst maintaining its integrity, the messages must change whilst always extolling the core benefits. In 2008 we launched the most dramatic evolution of the brand to date, in what is expected to be the final ng2 brochure. The ‘Inspirational’ brochure received a very positive reaction from the Miller Birch team and their agents. All agreed that the quality and uniqueness of the development was perfectly reflected in the brochure’s engaging and stylish design.
Original photography was fundamental to the success of the re-brand. We took pictures of busy employees at ease in stunning, contemporary offices to underline the success of ng2 and its ultimate benefit: happier, more committed, more productive staff.
We extended this emphasis on people with the launch of myng2, a website for occupier’s staff. Through it they can network, share information about suppliers, plan social events, even arrange car sharing schemes. Suggestions and recommendations by users are welcome; my-ng2 is their site.
With only three plots remaining, Miller Birch chose to celebrate the success of ng2 with an evening event. Our help was needed in conceiving, planning and delivering it. On the 6th November this year select guests were treated to a sumptuous dinner and lively after dinner speech (Find out more in our ‘Celebrating Success’ news story). The event was a perfect opportunity to bring together occupiers and agents with key potential occupiers and maintain a high level of interest in the scheme.
From its difficult beginnings as a brownfield site ng2 has become a byword for superior quality and iconic style. We are proud of the role our marketing support has played in establishing it as one of the most successful and sought after office schemes in the East Midlands.
