Lace Market Properties is a regeneration development company based in Nottingham. It’s market and expertise is in city living, converting existing and often challenging properties in Nottingham into apartments and developing new properties on brown field sites.
Its target audience is younger adults or those that have the aspirations associated with this target audience. Our role was to create a brand image and associate it with the lifestyle that appealed to this sector. This required a strong design led and photographic approach. Carefully selected models, props and interiors all art directed to create a portfolio of stylish images for brochures, marketing suite and other promotional assets was produced. Nottingham Lace Market Properties now have strong brand recognition associated with style and dynamic city life.
