Keep Able
Keep Able provide products for the elderly and disabled consumer through a network of stores, a website and a direct mail catalogue. We have been working with them since 2002 when we created a new brand identity, since then we have supported their marketing across a number of channels. We have also helped Keep Able move into specialist sectors such as Care Homes.
One of the areas we are responsible for is the direct selling catalogue, sent out on a regular basis to 130,000 customers, part re-branded for 10,000 Age Concern customers. It sells over 500 products from £3.99 jar openers to £5,000 scooters. Created by using the combination of catalogue automation software and designer input, it provides a cost effective mailing while maintaining an image of quality to provide confidence in the product. The mailing is also a vehicle for driving website sales and supporting the store network.
Our objective with this and all the work we are doing for Keep Able is to establish them as the UK's leading supplier of healthcare aids.
