Colourbank is a medium sized carpet retailer who came to us in 2001 with the single objective of increasing their sales by 30% in 2 years.
The marketing budget was modest but it did allow for full page ads in local papers and some radio. This was essentially a creative challenge to keep reinventing the same proposition all year round, week in, week out. Providing a stream of reasons and prompts to buy a new carpet, from "January Sales" to the challenge of selling in the summer months.
We were told in 2003 that the sales target had been met and since then we have continued along the same growth curve.
The client has grown the business to include a wider product range including bedding thereby increasing the challenges for our creative guys.
