St Martins Shopping Centre
The retail sector is going through a revolution that will create winners and losers as consumer shopping habits change. Ecommerce, the out of town shopping malls and the ever expanding size and power of superstores.
For the small city centre retailer and their landlords it is a challenging time.
St Martin’s Square is a small pedestrian shopping area in the city of Leicester. We have been working with them for a number of years, in particular the website. But as with many small retail developments it now needs to reinvent itself with an attractive brand that sets it apart from its less intimate megastore competition.
There is a role for the small retailer located in an attractive shopping environment providing it is a positive shopping experience for the consumer.
We hope to continue to support St Martin’s Square through these times and help the city of Leicester maintain and build a dynamic city centre that delivers variety and choice.
