British Judo Association - Enjoy Judo
Reach has been working with the British Judo Association for the past four years. We have introduced new design styles for various aspects of the association including corporate, membership, merchandise, child protection, school judo and high performance.
Enjoy Judo was a project to promote judo in schools. We developed a character nicknamed Jud to be the identity of the scheme. The campaign involved sending out a branded letterhead to the schools explaining about the scheme. If the school was interested a judo gi folder was sent out containing leaflets, posters and an information CD. Children on the scheme received Jud branded bookmarks and pencil cases.
The Enjoy Judo Programme has now established itself with sustainable cluster developments in the East Midlands, Sunderland, Ipswich, Mid Kent and Ashford. Over 20,000 young people have been exposed to the sport with many on regular fixed 5 - 10 week courses
