Building on solid foundations Reach have strengthened their residential property portfolio, winning the Radleigh Homes account after a successful pitch.
They are now charged with continuing the brand development of the Derby based, quality house builder. Their immediate task, however, is to devise an integrated campaign to ensure Radleigh hit key sales targets at sites across the Midlands, in an increasingly challenging property market.
According to account director Lyndon Johnson, "Current market conditions represent a great opportunity for an agency to show exactly where and how it adds value".
